station 9 needs to have Ey inverted...it is installed at 045

lau lease needs ex inverted...it is installed at 315, ex is on channel 6 as channel 4 is bad on KMS-820 0004

station 10 ex shows indications of channel 4 going bad.  This has been confirmed when we tried to use KMS-820 0025 at another site.
