Charging new DH4 Battery

Reconnected LISST battery
        - 8.04 V
	- had to change start/stop to 'mechanical switch'


12/20/11

Charged DH4 battery and new DH4 battery
	OLD (BPR-146) = 12.34 V, always orange on charger
        NEW (BPR-147) = 12.86 V, green on charger

        - swapped DH4 battery on optics frame, now using BPR-147
        * recommend repacing battery in BPR-146

Cleaned AC-9/AC-S Windows
