The zipped files are:
                          v01-1.zip
                          v01-2.zip
                          v02-1.zip
                          v02-2.zip
                          nos.zip

To unzip any of these files:
                          a) copy a file to your c:\ drive
                          b) copy pkunzip.exe to your c:\ drive
                          c) type - c:\> pkunzip v01-1.zip c:\
     this will create v01-1.out from v01-1.zip
Repeat this procedure for all of the zipped files.


The files v01-1.out, v01-2.out, v02-1.out, v02-2.out, and nos.out contain
longitude (5 decimal places), latitude (5 decimal places) and depth (metres).

The file oahu.lev contains the bathymetry used in the model grid.
It contains the I and J values of the grid cell, the longitude, latitude and
the depth in metres. Use this to fill in the areas not represented by the
other files.
